DBM Spain, first company in the world of professional outplacement with 230 offices located in 85 countries, has organized in London meeting Global Talent Forum where gathered more than one hundred of Directors of resources human from Europe who shared knowledge about processes and trends in human resources management. The meeting, held on September 30 at Kensington Roof Gardens, complex hotel of business magnate Richard Branson located in Central London, was opened by Sir Clive Woodward, and featured the participation of more than 100 directors of human resources in Europe. These were working groups to share knowledge about processes and trends in human resources management. It is without doubt one of the most prestigious forums of today on talent management. Likewise were analyzed in detail three successful cases in the management of human resources of three company leading in the world: Cisco, Natura and Sonoco. Cisco, the worldwide leader in networking for the Internet, is the first of the evaluated cases about how to leverage the leadership strategy to boost sales performance and how to develop leaders in line with the pace of change.
The second study’s success was the company Natura, Latin American leader in production and marketing of cosmetics, where the improvement of the relationship with the talent will be analyzed through organizational change. As a last case study dealt with the company Sonoco, one of largest diversified global packaging companies, and its way of working talent in each of the countries in which it is present.
